·        Ethos Asset Management Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with registered company number 13659829 and registered address at 15 Worship Street, London, England, EC2A 2DT ("Ethos Invest").

The Ethos Group does not represent that content available on or through this site is appropriate for use or available in other locations. The Ethos Group will not be liable for any Losses caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse or other harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programmes, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material from it.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Site and its contents are subject to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which are owned or licensed by the Ethos Group and are protected by law. In using this Site, you are not granted any rights or licence in respect of this Site or its contents. Unless(and only to the extent) expressly stated otherwise anywhere on this Site, you may not use, copy, alter, re-transmit or permanently store any content from this Site without the prior written consent of the Ethos Group.

User Generated Content

In these Terms, “user content” means material (including without limitation text, plans, graphics, drawings, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this Site, for whatever purpose. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by users on this Site do not represent the views or values of the Ethos Group.

Any page or resource of this Site where you are capable of uploading your user content are provided for the exchange of lawful, relevant, fair and appropriate information, opinions, materials and comments. You acknowledge that all user content (including registration data) whether publicly posted or privately transmitted are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. You retain all of your ownership rights in your user content, but you grant to the Ethos Group a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. The Ethos Group may withdraw or change Site content at any time without notice and, if the need arises, may suspend access to the Site, close it indefinitely or restrict access to users who have registered.
